My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

That's the problem I have now. The advice that I find on Microsoft is pelo help at all. It says I can create a new profile in Control Panel but there is no such option available. Please help, anyone!

I don't even see an option to revert back to "classic" Outlook anywhere either, so I'm not sure how they'd even expect us to do that!
The support folder needs to be in the same folder as the RCP file for it to be able to open correctly.

If you want still to use classic you can access it using this link It is better to add a shortcut to your browser and use that address. However, if you will try to login differently you will be logged into new UI. Also, note that it is uncertain how long this link will be accessible.
